These terms set out the rules and disclaimers that apply when you use this website. The main point is simple: the information here is meant to help you get an initial picture of Part-Dieu. The binding terms of care and fees are those in the contract you sign with us and what we explain to you in person.

1. Acceptance

By browsing or using the official website of Part-Dieu Montessori Infant Care (www.partdieu.com.tw), you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. Information is for general reference

The ages accepted, fees, opening hours, and subsidy information published here are a summary prepared to help parents form an initial picture, and may change as government regulations or our own policies are updated. The binding fee schedule, refund terms, admission conditions, and scope of service are those set out in the standard childcare contract signed by both parties, what we explain during your visit, and the current rules of the competent authority.

Government childcare subsidy amounts and eligibility rules are set by the authorities and may change. Before applying, please rely on the current announcements from the Taipei City Department of Social Welfare or the “Good Pregnancy” (born.taipei) portal.

3. Not professional advice

Content on this site about Montessori education, parenting, or child development is general information sharing. It is not medical or legal advice, nor advice tailored to an individual child. For questions about your child’s health or development, please consult a qualified physician or another appropriate professional.

4. Using the contact form

Please give accurate contact details that belong to you. The form may not be used to distribute advertising, spam, malicious code, or unlawful content; we reserve the right not to reply to, or to block, any abusive use.

A message sent through the form does not create a contract. Places, fees, and related conditions take effect only once both parties have confirmed them and signed a contract.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout, images, illustrations, logo, and other content on this site are the copyrighted property of Part-Dieu Montessori Infant Care or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, adapted, publicly transmitted, or used commercially without our prior written consent. You are welcome to share the site by linking to it.

6. Third-party links

This site links to third-party websites, including Google Maps, YouTube, Facebook, and the Taipei City “Good Pregnancy” portal. The content and privacy practices of those sites are their own responsibility, and we accept no liability for them.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Service may be suspended for maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Unless the law provides otherwise, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from this website.
