We accept infants under 2 years old, who may stay with us until age 3 — with a licensed capacity of 20 children for small-group care. Under Taiwanese regulations, a child must be enrolled before turning 24 months (their second birthday).

Yes, as long as enrollment is completed before your child’s second birthday. Taiwanese regulations allow infant care centers to admit children under 24 months only; once enrolled, a child may stay until 36 months. A child who has already turned 2 can no longer join an infant care center. In practice, once we receive your documents we must register your child in the Department of Social Welfare’s childcare system no later than the day before their second birthday — for example, if your child turns 2 on 15 June, registration must be completed by 14 June, as the system will not accept it from 15 June onward. If your child is approaching 2, please contact us early so there is time to process the paperwork.

Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00. Closed on weekends and national holidays. Extended care until 19:00 is available (NT$170 per hour).

Registration fee NT$36,000 per six months and a monthly fee of NT$22,000 — daily meals and baby food included. Extended care is NT$170 per hour. The registration fee follows the school term: two terms a year, August to January and February to July. If your child starts mid-term, it is prorated by the remaining months — a child starting in September pays for 5 months. Insurance is prorated in the same way, counted in days from the start date to the end of the term; a child starting on 28 September, for example, is covered through 31 January. Full fee and refund details are available when you visit.

Yes. Part-Dieu is a private daycare with nationally certified caregivers, so eligible families can apply for the Taipei City Cooperative Childcare Subsidy of NT$3,000 per month (the child and both parents must have household registration in Taipei, and care must take place in Taipei). Prepare the application form, household registration, parents’ ID, and a bankbook copy — we will submit everything to the Department of Social Welfare for you. Details are available on Taipei City's Good Pregnancy (助您好孕) portal (born.taipei). (Note: this subsidy is only available to families with Taipei City household registration — it generally does not apply to families holding an ARC/APRC without local household registration.)

If your child entered Taiwan on a foreign passport, we need a copy of their Taiwan Resident Certificate (ARC) in order to register them in the Department of Social Welfare’s childcare system. For parents, there are two cases: parents without a Taiwanese ID card also need to provide a copy of their Resident Certificate; parents who hold a Taiwanese ID card do not need to submit a copy — simply give us your name and ID number so we can complete the child’s record. We submit the child’s and the parents’ Resident Certificate copies together to the Taipei City Department of Social Welfare for review.
